I WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year 19 71, and
I WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund
I to pay insurance premiums for uniformed personnel;
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and •
far the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Excess Revenue , Current Fund $8452 .00
UNTO : Current Fund.
Police Department - 521.10 . 36 $4470 . 00
Fire Department - 522 . 10 . 36 3982 . 00
$8452 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and legai publication.
