AMENDING SECTZON 1-503 OF TITLE I (ADMINZSTRATIVE)
0�' ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE 0�' GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY 0�' RENTON" RELATING TO
TIME OF COUNCIL MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : Existing Section 1-503 of Title I CAdministrative)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City
of Renton" is hereby amended to read as follor,�rs :
Section 1-503 as amended.- TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS.
The Council shall hold its regular meetings on the first
four (4) Mondays of each month commencing at the hour of
8 : 00 P_.M. , except that the meeting time for the first Monday
of each month shall be at 4r30 P.M. , in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, or such other place c�tithin the corporate
limits of the City of Renton as may herea�ter be fixed by
Ordinance or Resolution. When the day for any regular meeting
falls on a legal holicl.ay, then no meeting sI-iall be held on
such day.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage ,
approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise �rovided
for hereinabove.
