ORDINANCE N0. �6 ��
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington:. has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year 1971 ..in its Current Fund, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to apJ�ropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund
for the Drug Rehabilitation Coordinator, and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public
benefit , NOW THEREFORE i
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTOAJ, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS : �
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Excess Revenue, Current Fund: $1 ,835 . 00
UNTO : Municipal Court , Salaries and Wages , I
Acct. 002/512/40/11;00 $1,013 . 00
13 . 02 F.I. C.A. 53 . 00
13 . 03 Prepaid Medical 11. 00
13. 05 Industrial Insurance 5 . 00
13. 06 Life Insurance 3. 00
64. 00 Equipment 750 . 00
. $1,835 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage ,
approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise provided
for hereinabove.
