WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain �c.�:sh:�funds
in excess of esti.mated revenues in the Firemen' s Pension Fund, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such
excess ��_�.��-.£�.�into the belowmentioned fund for budgetary pur�oses ,
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized to provide
for the following appropriation!T� TNE 1971` BUDGET, TO-4JIT:
UNTO: Firemen' s Pension Fund B�dgetary
Account 601/514 . 80 . 42 : $30 ,670 . 00
SECTION . II ; This Ordinance shall be effe ctive upon its passage ,
approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise
provided for hereinabove.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 27th day of December, 1971.
