AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
A�IENDING SECTION 5-107 OF TITLE V (BUSINESS
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO BANKS, TRUST COMPANIES , BUILDING AND
1,OAN, AND SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS, ETC.
THE CITY COUAtCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIflN I : Existing Subsection (H) of Section 5-107 entitled
r`EXEMFTIQNS" of Title V (Business Regulation) of Ordinance No. 1628
entitled t'Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby
deleted and stricken.
SECTION II : All other terms and provisions of Chapter 1 (Title V)
(Business Regulations) as aforesaid,shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION III : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effecfi
on and after July 1, 1972 and upon its passage , approval and five days
after its publication, unless otherwise provided for hereinabove.
