REPEALING CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE II (COMMISSIONS
AND BOARDS) RELATING TO AIR POLLUTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTIDN I : Chapter 5 of Title II (Commissions and Boards)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton" , relating to the"air pollution control advisory
council" is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage ,
approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise provided
for hereinabove.
