LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAY
•
WHEREAS the Washington State Highway Commission has established a portion of
Primary State Highway No. 1 (SR 405) Renton to Kennydale as a limited access facility;
and
WHEREAS a revision of the established plan of access has been proposed; and
WHEREAS a portion or all of the proposed highway revision lies within the City
of Renton
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Renton, acting by and through
its Mayor; in accordance with the provisions of RCW 47.52.130 et. seq., does hereby
agree that all of the considerations have been met, a public hearing is not necessary
and hereby consents to the adoption of route and principal access features; and in
accordance with the provisions of RCW 47.52.020 does hereby approve the revision of
limited access on the following described portion of Primary State Highway No. 1
(SR 405) in the City of Renton:
That portion of the plan entitled "PSH No. 1 (SR 405) Renton to Kennydale, Plan
Showing Access," dated January 19, 1954, between Highway Engineer' s Stations
339+00 and 361+00 is revised to include the North Renton Interchange, its
connections to PSH 2 (SR 900), and its connections to the Lake Washington
Boulevard; a print of which plan is hereto attached and made a part of this
resolution, containing the aforementioned revisions:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to
the Washington State Highway Commission at Olympia, Washington.
