OF ORD�NANCE N0. 1628 EVTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
SPEED LIMIT ON SOUTH PUGET DRIVE BETWEEN TAL'BOT
RQAD SOUTH AND BENSON ROAD SOUTH AND SOUTH GRADY WAY
THE CITY COUNCZL OF. THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: Existi.ng Subsecti.ons2/of Section 10-1201 -
Speed Li.mtis - of Title X(Traffic) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" are hereby
amended to read as follows :
Subsection 2 , Section 10-1201 - Speed Limit - ( 30 m.p.h. )
Talbot Road South from South 26th Street to South
Puget Drive.
Subsection 18 , Section 10-1201 - Speed Limit - ( 30 m.p .h. )
�uget Dri.ve Southeast from Edmonds Avenue Southeast to
Benson Road South.

SECTION III: Thereis hereby added a new Subsection to
Section 10-1201 - Speed Limits - of Title X (Traffic) o� Ordinance

to be entitled Subsection 14 relating to speed limits ofthirty
five miles per hour ( 35 rn.p.h. ) reading as follows :
Subsection 14 , Section 10-1201 - Speed Limit - ( 35 M.P .H. )
South Puget Drive from Benson Road South to Talbot
Road South.
SECTION IV: Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances I
in conflict herewith are l�eby repealed.
SECTION V: Thi.s Ordinance shall be effective upon its
� passage , approval and five days after its publication, unless
otherwise provided for hereinabove .
