AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 10-1201 OF TITLE X (TRAFFIC)
OF O.RDINANCE N0 . 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
SPEED LIMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Sectinn 10-1201 - Speed Limits - of
Title X (Traffic) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinan.ces of the City of Renton" is hereby amended as follows � by
adding a subsection entitled Subsection 14 , relating to speed limits
of 35 �m.p.h. , to-wit:
Subsection 14 . - Speed limits - ( 35 m.p .h. )
S .GJ: 16th Street extending from that certain drainage
channel at Longacres to the East Valley Road.
SECTION II : Any and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
' passage, approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise �I
provided for ha�i.nabove . ��
