AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI�'Y OP RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
CHAPTER 16 OF TITLE �7 (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE
N0 . 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OP RENTON" RELATING TO DOG LICENSES, DELETING THE KING
COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY AS THE CITY' S POUND MASTER AND
PRaVIDING A SUBSTITUTION THEREFQR.
' THE"CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTTON I: Chapter 16 of Title V (Business Regulations) of
Ordinance No . 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City
I of Renton" is hereby amended in the following respects :

from the aforementioned Ordinance; in lieu thereof
the City' s Pound Master shall be the person or persons

I Ordinance are hereby amended and modified accordingly .
(b) All of the fees provi.ded for in said Ci�linance and hereto-
fore retained or paid by the King County Humane Society
to
shall hereafter be paid �and be the property of the City

SECTION II: All other terms and provisions of Chapter 16 ,
Ti.tle V (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled
I "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" except as
expressly modified and amended hereinabove, shall remain infull
force and effect.
SECTION III; This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
