WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a
certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the
City Limits of the CITY OF RENTON, has heretofore been presented to and filed with the
City Council and the City Planning Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat
has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commission after public hearing thereon
as provided by law, and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and
recommended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for review
before the Planning Commission of the CITY OF RENTON on or about June 23, 1965, and the
City Council having duly approved said final plat on or about June 21, 1965, and same
being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Planning
Commission, pertaining to the following described property, to-wit:
This plat of Hillcrest Lane Addition to the City of Renton, King County,
Washington is a replat of that portion of Tract 212, C. D. Hillman's
Lake Washington Garden of Eden Addition to Seattle - Division No. 4,
as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 12, Records of King County ,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the S. E. Corner of said tract; thence N. 0O32'21" E.
along the east line of said tract 557; thence N. 19°33'00" W. 252.24'
to the west line of said tract; thence S. 0°31 '53" W. along said
line 557' to the S.W. Corner of said tract; thence S. f9°33'00" E.
along the south line of said tract 252.16' to the Point of Beginning.
Also known as the Plat of Hillcrest Lane .
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of
the CI'IY OF RENTON.
