RESOLUTION NO. 1315
WHEREAS pursuant to Chapter 116 of the regular 1965 Session Laws of the
State of Washington, certain changes have been made relating to claims against
municipal corporations and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City to appoint and designate
certain officials of the City of Renton, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The following officials and officers of the City of Renton
are hereby appointed for the purpose of authentication and certification of claims
presented to the City and/or the respective Departments of such certifying official
or officers, to-wit:
Each respective Department Head or his authorized assistant or deputy.
All of such authentication and certification by such auditing officer shall be made
in the manner and form prescribed by said Chapter 116 of the regular 1965 Session
Laws of the State of Washington.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 19th day of July, 1965.
