A1V ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON PROVIDING
�'OR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues zn excess of estimated revenues for the calendar
year 1972 , and '
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned funds and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
�'HE CITY COUl�tCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriations , to-wit;
UNTO : Urban Arterial Fund Budgetary
Account 302/542/13�63 � $1,101,446 .00
Account 302/542/11/1T 25 ,000 . 00

UNTO : Street Fund Budgetary

SECTION II: Thi.s Ordinance shall be effective upon its
pas�.ge, approval and ,five days after its �ublication, unless otherwise
provided for hereinabove.
