ORDINANCE N0. 2753
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REN�'ON
�
�� WASHINGTON, CREATING AND ESTABLISHING
A SPECIAL FUND KNOWN AS THE "LIMITED
GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FUND 1972"
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE N0. 2735 , TOGETHER
WITH "LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION FUND" .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : In pursuance of the City of Renton Ordinance No .
2735 passed and approved on August 28 , 1972 providing for the
issuance and sale of $235 ,000 .00 par value of "Limited General
Obligation Library Bonds 1972" , there is hereby created and
established in the office of the Director of Finance a special
fund known and designated as the "Limited General Obligation Bond
Fund 1972" , Account No. 204/5i9J60 . � - J

The accrued interest received, if any, shall be paid unto
said fund, together with all taxes collected for and allocated to
the payment of principal of and interest on said bonds .
There is hereby created and established, according to
the aforementioned Ordinance , a special fund entitled "Library
Construction Fund" and the principal proceeds received by the City
from the sale of said bonds shall be paid and deposited unto said
� fund, and said fund shall be used for the disbursement of all costs
, and expenses relating to said Library Construction as set forth in
Ordinance No. 2735 . Account No. 308/572/50 . 00.
SECTION IT : This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, approval and five days after its
ublication as rovided b law.
