ORDINANCE N0 . a757
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1972 , and I
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and �
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned funds i
in connection with payments to the municipality of Metropolitan
� Seattle as required by contract , and such appropriation being
necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit ,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following approp�iation and transfer :
FROM: Water Water Works Utility Fund ,
:Exces_s�'Revenue $ 8 ,4 31 . 2 5
UNTO : Account No . 401/534 . 31 .42 . 8 ,431 . 25
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and 1
effect from and after its passage , approval and legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 18th day of December , 1972 .
