CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON �`�����,
ORDINANCE N0. 2758 I
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore II
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year i9 '72 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund to
reimburse expenditures which have been made in connection with the
schooling for the Engineering Department' s PEP Program employee ,
Goro Nishimura, .
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: CURRENT FUND: $653 . 00
UNTO :a)ACCOUNT #015/532/10/33 . 01 (Eng. Adm.- $608. 00
conferences and special schooling)
b)ACCOUNT #104/542/60/33 . 01 (Traffic Eng. - 45 . 00
conferences and special schooling)
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and legal publication. .
