� CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON

ORDINANCE N0. o����
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year i9 72, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned funds in
connection with the Economic Assistance Administration for the Earlington
Gardens Sewer Project and Local Improvement District 276 ,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:

UNTO : A. #401/534/32/63/02 (Water Works �Utility -
Earlington Gardens Sanitary Sewer) : $20 ,000 . 00
B. #401/534/32/63. 03 (Water Works Utility -
LID 276 Sanitary Sewers) : $6 ,000 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and legal publication.
