� ORDINANCE N0 . 2765 .
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain _.�� c a --s h �- _ � x in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1972 , :in_ its Firemen` s Pension Fund and Contingency
Fund, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate , ,. 1
, -_ :� .�.� from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund( s)
for the purpose of paying salary. increases and fringe benefits for
the calendar year 1973 ,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage , approval and five days after its publication, unless
othercaise provided for hereinabove .
