ORDINANCE N0 . 2771 �
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, [�'ASHINGTON ,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPP.lAT10N OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, jn1ASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 19 73 , and
inIHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund( s)
for the purpose of the Earlington Gardens Sewer Project,
�
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NO�nI THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide f or� the f ollowing appropriation and transfer:

Utili.ty Fund: $30 ,111. 00

its passage , approval and rive days after its publication , unless
otherwise provided for hereinabove.
