AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WA5HINGTON,
AMF:NDING 5ECTION 4-719 �B) 1 OF TITLE IV (BUILDING
REGULATIONS} OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RE-
LATING TO THE APPROACH ZONE HEIGHT LIMITS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
' CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, A5 FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: Existing Section =719 (B) 1 of Title IV
(Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitl.ed "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton° be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows :
4-719 (B) 1 Airport Zoning:
l. Approach zones (shaded dark red on plan) : Height
limitation to be one foot in height for each forty feet (40 ' )
lateral. separation starting at Station No. 10+00 as shown on
revised Renton Airport Approach &�1Gl.ear.'cZone- P_lari�,� �dated _
March 30, 1973, which Approach Plan is filed �herewith` and by
this reference is made a part hereof.
5ECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
