SECTION I; There is hereby created and established a
subsection entitled Section 3-710 to Chapter 7 (Department of
! Finance) of Tst1e III (Departments) of Ordinance No� 1628 entitl��
; "Cade af General Ordinances of �he City af Renton" reading as
I folZows : .
Section 3-710: In pursuance of RCW 42. 24. �80 the
Directox of rinance is hereby designated and appointed
as the C'ity ' s auditzng officer with such duties and authority
as set forth in the aforeiaentioned statute; and the Budget
Technician is hereb� designated and appoznted as alternate
and st2a.Z1 act as the authorized representative of said D�rector
of �'inance for the purposes of this Section .
SECTICN II : Any and a11 ardinances or parts of ardinances
in conflict herewith are �ereb� repeaZed.
SEC2'Il�N ?"II: This Ordinance sha11 be effec�ive upon its passage ,
approval and five days after its pu.blication , unless otherwise
prt�vided for hereinaborre.
