ORDINANCE N0 . 2781
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND
TRANSFER FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND
WH�REAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore
appropriated certain revenues i.nto the Contingency Fund for the
calendar year 1973 , and
WHEREAS it i,s necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such Contingency Fund certain sums into the below-
men�i,oned fund for the purpose of providi.ng lake patrol servicea
by K�ng County, and such appropriati,on being necessary and in the
public interest and for the pub.lic benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0�' RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
