ORDINANCE N0 . 2784
AN ORDINANCE OF 'I`HE CITv OF REN'i'ON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPP.IATION OF FUNDS .
T�IHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess rzvenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 19 73 , ;constituting proceeds from the sale of surplus
garbage contair�ers , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund( s)
for the purpose of purchasing new garbage containers�; ��_� '.
and such approgriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION T : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and .transier:
FROM: Excess Revenue, Current Fund $200 .00
UndTO: BUILDING DEPT. , CAPITAL OUTLAY
ACCOUNT 011/538 . 50 . 64 $200 .00

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage , approval and five days after its publication , unless
otherwise provided for hereinabove .
