AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SECTION 5-3102 of ORDINANCE N0. 1628
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF RENTON" RELATING TO LICENSING OF CABARETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 5-3102 of Ordinance No. 1628
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby
amended to read as follows :
5-3102 : LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE :
(a) It shall be unlawful to conduct , open up , manage
or operate or maintain any "cabaret" as hereinabove
defined within the City of Renton without a valid
and subsisting license to do so to be known as the
"cabaret license" ; the fees for said license shall I
be as follows :
l. Annual license fee - $300 . 00
2 . The license fee for three (3)
months or less - 75 . 00
3 . The license fee for one (1) day - 25 . 00
Each such license shall be non-assignable and
non-transferable and no fee shall be refundable.
SECTION II : All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage , ,
approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise
provided for hereinabove.
