i Ordinance No . 162'8 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the

r City of Renton" is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 4-191�4 = "3 B- Reinoval "of Nonconforining S"igns;,
as� �ai�:em:de'd. All nonconforming signs which have a replaceme.nt value
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500 .OQ) or more shall be brought up to
the standards of this Code or sha11 be. removed withi:n four and
one-half (4 lI2) years from -'�:Eptember 23�; 39-6.9 , �o�-rai�: b�e�n,g-
March .23 , 1974 or as otherwise determined by the City Council.
SECTTON rI : Any and all ordinances or parts of oxdinances
in conflict herecaith are hereby repealed.
SECTfiON TTT : This Ordinance shall be in full force and
e.ffect from and after its passage, approval and, fa,ve. :.day's-.af��x�-�its
