AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, GJASHIiVGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRLATION OF FUNDS .
GIHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
� calendar year 19 �3 , -by: reason of a certairi loan from Economic
Assistance Authority (EA�) , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fundCs)
for the ur ose of construction of sanitar s er and w r ma'
p p y ew ate ins
within the vicinity of the North Renton Industrial area,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and �
, directed to provide for the f ollowing appropriation and transfer:
