ORDINANCE N0. 2812
li AN ORDINANCE OF THE GITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING CHAPTER 7 af TITLE II- CCOMMIS5IONS
AND BOARDS7 OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO THE"FA�R HOUSING COMMISSION" AND
TRANSFERRING SUCH DUTIES UNTQ THE "CQMMIS�ION
ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND AFFAIRS"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Chapter 7 0�' Title II {Commissians and Baards) of
Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City
of Rentan" is hereby repealed.
A11 duties , func-�ion� and procedures as heretafore
established and imposed upan said "�'air Housing Cammission" are
hereby tran�ferred to �he "Commissian on Human Righ�s and Affairs"
as specified in Chapter 10 , Titl� II , of said Ordinance No, 1628 .
�ECTIQN II : This Ordinance sha11 be effective u.pon its passage ,
approval and thirty days after �ts publication,
u.nless otherwise
provided for hereinabove.
PASSED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL this 3rd day of ,�ecember-,� 1973 .
