ORDINANCE N0 . 2826
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ,
REPEALING CHAPTER 4 of TITLE II (COMMISSION-S_
AND BOARDS) 0�' ORDINANCE N0 . 1628 ENTITLED "CODE
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO THE ESTABLTSHMENT AND OPERATION OF
THE CITY 'S AVIATION BOARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION�I : Chapter 4 of Title II, (Commissions and Boards)
of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City
of Renton" relating to the creation of "Renton Aviation Board" ,
appointment of inembers thereto and the powers granted to said Board,
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
The appointment and sexvice of the members of said Board
is likewise terminated, as of the effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION II : Any and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
including but not limited to Ordinance No. 1271 passed and approved on
February 4, 1947 , are hereb� repealed.
SECTION III : This Ordi�ance shall be ef�ective upon its passage,
approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise provided
for hereinabove.
