AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REN�ON� WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR A�PRO�RIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton , Washington has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of es.timated revenues for the
calendar year 1974 , constituting proceeds from the Container
Corporation � Latecomer Agreement , and
wHEREAS it is necessary an d advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned �und
for the purpose of completing the Monster Road "���W�.termai.n �roject ,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest
and for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
TH� CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTIpN T : The director of Finance is hereby authorized and
di,rected to provide fof� the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Waterworks Utility Excess Revenue $11,286 .Q0
UNTO : GTater Maintenance Operating Budget ,
a�c 4Q1f534. 32 . 63 . 89 $11,286 .00
SECTION II ; This Ordinance shall be effective upon its p assage ,
approval and five days after its publication , unless otherwise provided
for hereinabove .
