" AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTOiV, [dASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1974, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund(s)
for the purpose of procuring materials as required to construct an
Alley South of S. W. Grady Way (from S, W. 12th Street to Maple
Avenue S. ta.) , in accordance with Agreement �fCAG 027�74, and sucIt
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit, NOW THF�EFORE
TFIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS �'OLLO�nTS:

S�CTION I; The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following; appropriation and transfer;

UNTO: City Street Maintenance -
Road & Street Construction;
Capital Outlay -
Account ��103/541,33,63,32 $ 6,500,00

S�CTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication� unless
otherwise provided for hereinabove.
