;� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ,
CREATZNG �ND ESTABLISHING A "CITY OF REN'�ON
COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT TRAINING FUND (CETA) "
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WAg]CNGTON, DO
,
ORDAIN AS F�LLOWS ;
SECTION I : There is hereby c,reated and established a
new fund to be entitled "CITX OF RENTON COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT
TRAINING FUND (CETA)" and the Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to deposit any and all funds received in connection with
said program into said fund and to likewise provide for the disbursements
of all sums therefrom
SECTION II: Any and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are l�e�eby repealed.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
�a�a.ge, approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise
provided for hereinabove.
