WHEREAS the lashington State Highway Commission has establishe' a portion of __Primary _
State H i•'hway ho. 1 (SR 405), Renton to Kennydale as a 1 im i te.1 access facility; and
WHEREAS a revision of the established plan of access has been proposed; and
WHEREAS a Portion or all of the proposed highway revision lies within the —_ City A _ of
Renton
THEREFnRE 5E IT RESOLVED, in accordance with the provisions of RC':! 47.52.020, that the
City _..... of .,_.....____- Renton acting by and through its officers and
authorities, does hereby approve the revision of limited access on the following described portion of
Primary State Highway "0 1 (SR 4 05) within the corporate limits of the
City of Renton
Between Highway Engineer's Station 339+0Q and 361+00 at the
North Renton Interchange
in accordance with the plan entitled, " Primary State Highway No. 1 (SR 405)._
Renton to Kennydale " Sheets ... 2 of __2 ________
Sheets, approved by the Director of Highways on January 191_ 1954 , and as last
,-:vised on __April —_ _ 19.65, a print of which plan is hereto attached and made a
Dart of this resolution, containing the aforementioned revisions, as indicated in color on the attached
prints; and
BE IT FORTNER RE"'OLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to the Washington State
highway Commission at Olympia, Washington.
