RESOLUTION NO. 1335 WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the CITY OF RENTON, has heretofore been presented to and filed with the City Council and the City Planning Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commission after public hearing thereon as provided by law, and WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat and said matter having come on for review before the Planning Commission of the CITY OF RENTON on or about October 13, 1965, and the City Council having duly approved said final plat on or about October 18, 1965, and e,pch approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Planning Commission, pertaining to the following described realty, to-wit: That portion of the S1 of the N1 of the SIA of the SW14 of Section 7 , T. 23 N, R 5 E, W.M. , lying westerly of the plat of "Conner's Lake View Park" as recorded in volume 72 of Plats , page 31 , records of King County, Washington, EXCEPT the west 30 feet thereof for road, AND EXCEPT the south 160 feet of the east 110 feet of the west 140 feet thereof, TOGETHER WITH that portion of the SW4 of the SW4 of the SW14 of said Section 7 lying westerly of said plat of "Conner 's Lake View Park", EXCEPT the south 660 feet thereof, AND EXCEPT the west 140 feet thereof. ALSO KNOWN AS THE PLAT OF CONNER'S LAKE VIEW PARK NO. 2 be and the same is hereby approved as such,plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the CITY OF RENTON.
