RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues in excess of the
estimated revenues for the current year, and
WHEREAS such excess revenues are needed to pay for the further improvement
and establishment of Third Avenue Extension and such expenditures being necessary and
required and being in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated from excess revenues, the following
amount, to-wit:
UNTO: Arterial Street Fund , Account No. 3220, No. 605 -
Third Avenue Extension $2o,000.00
The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
the necessary transfers as above specified.
