i AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON II
p � PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS . I
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON WASHINGTON has heretofore receiveti
�
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1975 , �x from Burlington Northern Railroad, Mobil
Oil, Olympic Pipe Line and a certain HUD grant , and
� WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund(s)
_ in connection with certain water main construction, .
,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: `
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
' directed to provide for� the following appropriation and transfer:
