" 2g2o" � AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , AMENDING SECTZON 6-163 Q�' TITLE Vz (POLICE REGULATI.ONS) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTQN" RELATING TO "DISORDERLY CONDUCT" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS ; SE�CTION I ; Existing Section 6-163 (A) of Title VI (PQLICE REGULATIONS) of Ordinance No.. 1628 ent�,tled �'Code of General Ordinances of the City of Rento.n't is hereby amended by adding the following sections ; _. Sectiori 6-163 ; � DTS�QRDERLY CONDUCT ; ,' {:fl)�, as amended: 12 . Coinmits a trespass on private property. or on public �ro�ert�. Trespass for the .purpose of this ordinance shall mean : (a) Entering upon, or refusing to leave, any private property of another, either where such property has been posted with "NO TRES�ASSZNG": signs , or where immediately prior to such entry , or subsequent thereto, notice is g.i.ven by. the owner, occupant or person lawfully in charge of said property, either arally or in wr�ting � that such entry., or continued presence, withi,n said premises , i.s prohibited. (b) Entering upon, ar refusing to leave, any p,-u3�lic property in violation o� regulations promulgated by the official charged with the securi,ty, care or maintenance of the property and appr.oved by the I gaverning body of the public agency owning property, where such regulations have been conspicuously posted or where immediately prior ta such entry, or subsequent thereto , such regulations are rr�le known I by the official charged with the security, care or maintenance of the pra�erty , his agent or a police officer. -1- � _.,\�-�}-7. , •'. • . • . . >. . •e a • � • ; ' � � 13 . Makes , continues or causes to be made or continued any excessive , unnecessary or unusually loud noise or any noise which either annoys , disturbs , injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others , within the limits of the City. ' The following acts , among others , are declared to be loud , I disturbing and unnecessary noises in violation of this Qrdinance , I, to-wit : I! The using, operating or permitting to be played, used or I operated, any radio receiving set , musical instrument , phonograph or other machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such manner as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of the neighboring inhabitants or at any time with louder volume than is necessary for convenient hearing for the person or persons who are in the room, vehicle or other place, public or private , in which such machine or device is operated and who are voluntary listeners thereto . SECTION II : All remaining provisions in Section 6-163 unless otherwise expressly amended hereinabove , shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION III : Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION IV : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval and five days after its �ublication, unless otherwise provided f or hereinabove.
