' A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD N0 . 80 (THIRD AVENU� EXTENSION)
A PUBLIC STREET, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN�ELOW

� WHEREAS a proper petition for vacating a portion af County

N Road No. 80 (Third Avenue Extension.) was duly filed with the City Clerk

p on or about February 18 , 1975 arrisaid pdition had been signed by owners
� representing one hundred percent of the total frontage upon the portion
�
of said street to be vacated, and
WHEREAS the City Council by Resolution No. 1968 passed and
appraved on March 17 , 1975 , and after due investigation did fix and
determine the 28th day of April , 1975 at the hour of. 8 : 00 P.M, in the
City Council Char�ers of the City of Renton to be the time and place for
public hearing thereon, and the City Clerk having given due notice of
such hearing in the man.ner provided by law, and all persons having been
heard aQpearing in favor of or in opposition thereto ; and
WHEREAS the Department of Public Works and the Planning
Department of the City of Renton having duly considered said petition
for said vacation, and having found same to be in the public interest
and
+ and for the public benefit >/no injury or damage to any person or ,
properties will result from such vacation;
, NOW THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RENTON , AS FOLLOWS ;
SECTTON I : The following portion of street, to-wit :
As described on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if fully set forth
