AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOP, APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 19 '75 � consisting of funds received in settlement of claim
against Kent School District #. 415 for.certain damag done at the City of
Renton S ringbrook Watershed in 1972 in the sum of �6 ,000 . 00 and the sum
of $41,7�0 . 00 be n� �. 4 % �ra�t g�r�u�nt to Refe�endum 27 for Rehabilitatioi
and Deve o mer3t o� al� �pr ng ro a ershed an
WHER�AS it is rie�essary and adv�sable t� ap�ropriate and
transfer fro:n such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fundCs)
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benef it, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOGTS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authoriaed and
directed to provide for, the following appropriation and transfer:

Waterworks Utility Fund
UNTO: Capital Outlay Account
