ORDINANCE N0 . 2942
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON 'I
CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A "CITY OF RE.NTON
MUNICIPAL COURT WITNESS FEE REVOLVING FUND"
THE CITY CO'UNCZL::�QF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: There .is hereby created and established a
new fund to be entitled "CITY OF RENTON MUNICIPAL COURT WITNESS FEE''
REVOLVING FUND" . The purpose of said fund is to provide .the means
of disbursing appropriate fees to witnesses at the. time of such
witness appearance in the City' s Municipal Court.
The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed
initially to deposit the sum of $1.00 . 00 into said revolving funcl
and any and all disbursements from said fund shall be li�ted to the
payment of witness fees and for no other purpose or .purposes .
SECTION II: Any and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective. upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication,. unless other-
wise provided. for hereinabove.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 23rd day of June, 1975 .
