ORDINANCE NOe 2953
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1975 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer
from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund ( s) to provide
for installing additional public parking signs , and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit ,
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby auth-orized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: EXCESS REVENUE $900. 00
Street Fund
UN'P0 : TRAFFIC ENGINEERING
Account No . 104/15 . 542 , 64 . 23 . 00 5900. 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage ,
approval and five days after its publication, unless otherwise provided
for hereinabove .
