ORDINANCE N0. 2954
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1975 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer
from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund ( s) to provide
for salary increases per Contracts with Police Guild and Fire Local
#864 members and such appropriation being necessary and in the public
interest and for the public benefit ,
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer :
FROM: As per attached Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein and made a part
hereof .
UNTO : As per attached Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein and made a part
hereof .
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage ,
approval and five days after its publication , unless otherwise provided
for hereinabove .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 4th day of August, 1975 .
