WHEREAS it is in the public interest and for the public benefit to transfer
certain funds, as hereinafter described, as a loan for the purpose of funding paymc::;:
of consultant fees for preliminary design engineering work in connection with certai_
proposed street bond issues, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to transfer the following funds, as a loan, to-wit:
FROM: Cedar River Acquisition Fund $23,000.00
UNTO: Street Fund 3200, Capital Outlay, Account 605 $23,000.00
and the aforesaid transfer shall be and constitute a loan bearing interest at the
rate of 30, repayable not later than December 31, 1967.
