WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues in excess of the
estimated revenues for the calendar year 1966, and
WHEREAS such excess revenues are needed to provide proper funds for the City
Municipal Court's, Salaries and Wages, i,--
/
,-/ maintenance and operation, and such expenditure being necessary and required and being
in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: There if hereby appropriated from such excess revenues the following
amounts, to—wit:
TO: Police Court 1300, Salaries & wages, Account 130 $1 ,400.00
TO: Police Court Maintenance and Operation (employee benefits)
Account 202, Prepaid Medical $40.00
TO: Police Court Maintenance and Operation, Employees' industrial
Insurance, Account 203 $25.00
TO: Police Court Maintenance and Operation, Emplloyees' Life In41-
surance , Account 204 $12.00
SECTION II: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to make the necessary transfers as above specified.
