RESOLUTION NO, L-7,521-2-
WHEREAS
_-7 'WHEREAS the City of Renton has 'accumulated certain revenues not yet
appropriated for the calendar year 1566, and
WHEREAS/ ceumulated revenues are needed for the acquisition of certain
properties for the Civic Center site and such expenditure being necessary and in the
public interest, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated from such ac umuIated revenues,the
following amounts, to-wit:
TO: Cumulative Reserve Fund 1394
(Acquisition from Hugh White et ux) $95,000.30
TO: Cumulative Reserve Fund 1394
(Acquisition from City of Seattle,
City Light Department' 52,000.00
sECT9N II: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to make the necessary appropriations AS above-ipe,eified.
