ORDINANCE N0 . 2959
: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 19 75 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund(s) . . �
for construction of a new Talbot Hill Reservoir, for the chlorination
system, and to demolish a�,�er�ain building pursuant to the "Daiigerous
Building Code" , �
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the f ollowing appropriation and transfer:

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage , approval and five days after its publication, unless _
otherwise provided for hereinabove .
