4 ORDINANCE N0 . 2g64
� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
GIHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1975 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fundCs)
to meet L. I . D. publication costs for the balance of the year,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
f�-r the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE _
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hQreby authorized and
� directed to provide for� the following appropriation and transfer:
rROM: Current Fund, Excess Revenue $1, 800 . 00
UT1T0: FINANCE, Budget Account 000/04. 514. 21. 42 $1, 800 . 00

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon
