PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
G,'HEREAS �ne CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON will receive. �
I c�rtain eycess .r.evenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
� calendar year 19 75 , frQm HUD Local Assistance Planning Grant, and
W�iEREAS i-� �.s necessary and advisable to appropriate and
tra��f Vr fram such excess reaenue into the belowmentioned fu:�d( s)
for the purpose of conducting a study to evaluate the long term
impacts of development on wildlife and wetland habitats in the Green
River Valley,
� e�.nd sL.ch appropr�i.ation being necessary and in the public interest and
�or �he public benefit, NQW THEREFORE -
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH� CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLCWS:
