WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of
a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within
the City of Renton, has heretofore been presented to and filed with the City Council
and the City Planning Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat has
heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commission after public hearing thereon
as provided by law, and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission has considered and
recommended the approval of said final plat, and said matter having come on for
review before the Planning Commission of the City of Renton at its public meeting
on or about July 13, 1966, and the City Council having duly approved said final
plat on or about July 25, 1966, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and
in the public interest, NW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLWS:
Section 1 : The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Planning
Commission, pertaining to the following described realty, to-wit:
This plat of "McKnight Heights 2nd Addition" covers and includes that
portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Twp. 23 North, Range 5
East, W.M. , King County, Washington, lying South of Huselands 1st
Addition, West of Block 51, Corrected Plat, Renton Highlands No. 2 and
North of McKnight Heights, recorded in Volume54, page 26; Volume 57, page
92; volume 71, page 38, of Plats, respectively. Records of said County,
except the West 30 feet of said Southwest Quarter; also known as McKnight
Heights 2nd Addition,
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances
of the City of Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 1st day of August, 1966.
