TITLE IV, CHAPTER 7 (BUILl7ING REGULATIONS) .
THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF RENTON DO CIRDAIN AS FOLLOti�TS :
SECTION I: Existing Sectian III af Ordinance No. 2962, passed
and approved on Sep�mber 8, 1975, be and the sarne is hereby amended
to read as follows :
Section IiI as amended. This Ordinance shali be
e�'fec�ive from and a�ter i�s passage, appraval and five days after
i�,s publication.
In the event any section, clause, provisian or part ar
por�Cian of any section, clause or provisian be deciared illegal or
unconstitutianal, by any court af competent jurisdictian, such
action shall n4t a�fect �he validity of any o�her portion of this
Ordinance. It is the in�ention af the Ci�y Cauncil that this
Ordinance shall be considered separable in every respect.
SECTION II: This �rdinance shall be effective from an.d af�er
i�s passa�e, ap�r3va1 and five days after its publication.
