ADT ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDI1tiTANCE N0. 2963 BY A�7DING A
SEPARABILITY CLAUSE THERETO. AMENDING SECTION
4-713 O� �'ITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOT�JS :
—� SECTION ,I. Existing Section IIof Ordinance No. 2963, passed
and approved on September 8, 1975, is hereby amended to read as '
follows :
SECTIO�V IIaas amended: Any and all ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby re�ealed including
this existing Section 4-713.
It is the intention of the City �ouncil that this
Ordinance and every provision thereof shall be considered separable.
The invalidity of any section, clause, provision or part or portion
of any section, clause, or provision of this Ordinance shall not
affect the validity of any other portion of this Ordinance.
SECIIOPJ II : This Ordinance shall be eifective from and after
its passage, approval and five days after it� publication.
